Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and other Designers, owning the user journey end-to-end—from research and discovery to prototyping and final delivery. You’ll be an advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and pain points translate into seamless,



impactful product experiences that meet both business and customer goals.
What you’ll be doing
Understand & Translate Requirements : Convert complex business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Deliver UI/UX Assets : Create polished UI/UX deliverables and specifications in Figma or other standard tools.
Maintain Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability across products.
Conduct User Research : Carry out user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with Teams : Work with product managers, analysts, developers, and designers in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure seamless implementation.
Stay Updated : Keep up with emerging design patterns, industry trends, and best practices while bringing fresh ideas forward.
