Key Responsibilities:

✅ HR Operations & Administration

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases.
- Ensure timely submission and coordination of HR documentation with corporate HR and management teams.

✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements for project sites and corporate functions.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.

✅ Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee welfare, engagement programs, and retention initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

✅ Contract & Workforce Management

- Monitor employment contracts, renewals, probation confirmations, and employment status changes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave administration,



resignations, and employee movement records.

✅ Compliance, Reporting & Audits

- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Maintain audit-ready employee records and documentation.
- Support internal and external compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

✅ Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with project managers, department heads, and central HR teams.
- Support organizational development initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Proven HR experience within the Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sector .

? Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.

? Experience: 5-8 Years
