Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join our real estate and construction team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting the project execution team in budgeting and cost control activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

- Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.

- Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and procurement teams.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Prepare tender documents and participate in bidding processes.

- Monitor project costs and suggest cost optimization measures.

- Ensure estimates are aligned with project timelines and budgets.

- Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.

- Support management with project budgeting and feasibility studies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction materials and market rates.

- Expertise in quantity surveying and estimation techniques.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.





- Good understanding of tendering and procurement processes.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Certification in Quantity Surveying/Estimation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in real estate developers, or construction firms.

- Exposure to high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and estimation techniques

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

- Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and cost estimation

- Familiarity with Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic ERP systems (e.g., Highrise, StockUp)

- Knowledge of GFC drawings and quantity take-off methods

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

- Positive communication and coordination abilities
