Senior PPC Executive – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven track record of driving leads, sales, and revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and CPA goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, create, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Display, Performance Max and YouTube.

· Manage multiple international multi lingo accounts.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research and campaign planning.

· Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate and Quality Score.

· Execute A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies.

· Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM and Dashboard. Perform end to end execution.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights also able to drive the same virtually.

· Optimize e-commerce and lead generation / purchase goal based campaigns.





· Mentor junior PPC executives and support team to meet performance goals.

· Independently able to manage end to end execution with minimal RM support.

· Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta, Linked in, Pinterest Marketing

· Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor

· SEMrush, Similar Web, Keyword Planner

· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Reporting)

· Conversion Tracking and Attribution

Candidate Profile

· 3–5 years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience.

· Experience managing retail based ad campaigns (Omni channel).

· Strong experience in E-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Google Ads and GA4 certifications preferred.

· Experience with international markets preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
