Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automation workflows, scenarios, routes, and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.

- Manage and administer Adobe Workfront platform functionalities and configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workfront with enterprise applications using APIs and connectors.

- Oversee implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates within the Workfront ecosystem.

- Support intake, approval, planning, execution, and reporting workflows within Adobe Workfront.

- Configure and maintain custom forms, approval workflows, templates, planned hours, and work effort settings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, workflow failures, and user-related concerns in a timely manner.

- Ensure effective documentation of processes, integrations, and technical solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.

- Participate in shift coverage from 4 PM to 1 AM IST with flexibility to support PST overlap hours, holidays, and marquee events when required.

Skills Required:





- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront Fusion and Workfront Administration.

- Proficiency in building Scenarios, Modules, Routes, Connectors, and automation workflows in Workfront Fusion.

- Strong understanding of Workfront API, API Explorer, universal connectors, REST APIs, and OAuth2 authentication.

- Experience with Adobe Workfront functionality including intake, approvals, planning, execution, reporting, custom forms, workflows, templates, durations, and planned hours.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical and user-related issues.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, along with resource management concepts.

- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

- High degree of intellectual curiosity with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts.

- High level of energy, ownership, and positive attitude in fast-paced environments.

Positive-to-Have

- Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional certification preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
