Job Title: Senior Engineer Silicon Validation _Compute

Qualification, Experience & Skills Desired

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Silicon Validation, Embedded Software, or SoC Validation.
- Robust programming experience in C.
- Experience with system debugging, embedded operating systems, or bare-metal programming.
- Strong knowledge of ARM CPU architecture.
- Hands-on experience in both Pre-Silicon (Emulation) and Post-Silicon validation.
- Experience with JTAG debuggers (e.g., Lauterbach).
- Familiarity with CPU microarchitecture (uArch) and coherent fabric.
- Strong post-silicon debug expertise.
- Familiarity with ARMv8 and ARMv9 architectures.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pre-silicon and post-silicon validation plans for Compute subsystems.
- Validate ARM CPU cores, coherent interconnects, and compute-related SoC components.
- Perform system bring-up, debugging,



and validation using embedded operating systems and bare-metal environments.
- Debug hardware and software issues using JTAG tools such as Lauterbach.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate compute functionality, stability, and performance.
- Analyze failures and collaborate with architecture, RTL, firmware, and software teams to resolve issues.
- Develop automation scripts to improve validation efficiency.
- Prepare validation reports and technical documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and automation frameworks.
