Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers (special processes & subcontract machining) to obtain commitment dates for parts sent for processing

Expedite lead times to ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules

Regularly follow up with suppliers to track progress and resolve delays

Conduct frequent visits to supplier locations to monitor work-in-progress (WIP)

Ensure timely movement of parts to and from supplier locations

Coordinate internally to ensure processed parts are received at the Client within planned timelines

Maintain proper tracking and status updates of all outsourced processes

Requirements

Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field

1–4 years of experience in production support / supplier coordination / procurement

Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, special processes, and subcontracting

Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure
