Controls shift-level energy and RM consumption within BOM targets; identifies waste in real time and acts to reduce specific consumption.
Leads Kaizen activities on shift; ensures WCM tools (OPL, AM tags, FI forms) are used correctly and contributes actively to WCM pillar targets.
