The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for mobile SOC Kernel to support MediaTek Smartphone and Tablet. He /She is responsible for, 1. System performance and architectural analysis[Power /Performance /Area], including analysis/assess/project/report CPU/MIPS, bus bandwidth, latencies, memory utilization for current and next generation chipsets to meet the product requirements across various subsystems on the modem/SoC.

- Debug system issues.
- find suitable HW/SW solution.
- Involvement in Pre-Silicon evaluations.
- Develop automation setting & tools for profiling, validation and debugging.
- Platform driver development.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

- 1. B.TECH in ECE /CSE/ISE with 5-8 years of experience in modem platform development

- 1. Industry experience with CPU microarchitecture (e.g. ISAs including: ARM, MIPS)



and/or coherent caching systems.

- 1. Experience with computer architecture, system simulation, and performance evaluation.

- 1. Detailed microarchitecture knowledge of CPU, NoC, Bus, Cache ... Etc

- 1. Experienced in RTOS principles and concepts, and hands-on experience in any RTOS

- 1. Proficient in various programming languages including C and Python

- 1. Good to Have - basic knowledge on LTE / NR Cellular architecture.

- 1. Good to have knowledge on compiler tool chain - LLVM /GCC.

- 1. CM Tools usage [Version control] - GIT / Perforce

- 1. Good communication skills.

- 1. Able to work proactively and independently.
