We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Embedded Engineer / Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on embedded firmware and embedded systems experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading firmware development for medical, diagnostic, and wearable health devices. This includes firmware architecture, MCU-based embedded development, BLE communication, sensor integration, analog front-end interfacing, low-power design, device communication protocols, board bring-up, debugging, production testing, validation, and firmware release management.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning complete firmware modules from concept to production and should have strong experience working with hardware, mobile app, cloud, testing, quality, and production teams. 1 This role requires a robust combination of firmware development, hardware understanding, debugging capability, medical device development awareness, and leadership skills.
