Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Senior Ecommerce Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of ecommerce marketplaces and brand-owned online platforms, including product listings, catalog optimization, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory coordination.

The Senior Ecommerce

Executive will monitor sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion data, and implement strategies to improve revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities include managing marketplace accounts and relationships,



coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. The role also includes overseeing ecommerce campaigns, maintaining compliance with platform guidelines, generating performance reports, and contributing to the growth strategy for online sales channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to handle marketplace accounts, coordinate with platform representatives, and maintain accurate product catalogs.

- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to plan and execute online sales strategies, manage promotions, and achieve revenue targets.

- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth ecommerce operations.

- Experience in ecommerce operations, FMCG or wellness/healthcare sectors, and familiarity with major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is beneficial.

- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools, basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, and comfort with ecommerce dashboards and analytics tools is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

- Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment are important.
