About the Company A boutique design firm focused on design and detailing, delivering high-quality architectural solutions for commercial and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for commercial projects.
- Work on projects such as Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Complexes and other large-scale buildings.
- Handle projects of 1,00,000+ sq. ft., with experience across at least 6 major projects.
- Develop detailed working drawings, plans, sections, elevations and architectural details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP services and structural drawings.
- Identify and resolve design/technical coordination issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and other project teams.




- Undertake site visits and site coordination to ensure execution as per drawings.
- Incorporate site changes and prepare revised/updated drawings.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of all drawings and documentation.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Draftsman / Architectural Draftsman.
- Solid experience in commercial and large-scale building projects.
- Must have worked on Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Complexes or similar projects.
- Experience handling projects of minimum 1 lakh sq. ft.
- Should have successfully worked on at least 6 major projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP and structural coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing and working drawings.
- Strong site coordination and execution experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
