Role Description The Senior Draftsman is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software in alignment with project specifications and organizational standards.

The Senior

Draftsman collaborates closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to interpret design requirements, resolve drawing-related queries, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation. Daily tasks include updating and revising drawings, maintaining drawing records, coordinating with the project team to meet deadlines,



and adhering to applicable codes and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools and drafting software, with strong skills in creating and modifying detailed technical drawings.
- Solid understanding of engineering or architectural principles, technical standards, and relevant codes used in drafting and design work.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements and annotations, and ability to maintain organized documentation and drawing archives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, interpret design inputs, and provide clear updates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in a similar senior drafting role
- Willingness to work in office in New Delhi and adapt to evolving project requirements and company processes.
