•Oversee the dynamic configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance &

Operations applications, with a focus on continually aligning them with evolving business needs.

•Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems,

using advanced tools like Logic Apps and Web Services to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

•Proactively utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to streamline setting setup,

monitor system performance, and facilitate rapid deployment of solutions across business units.

Functional: •

•Lead a team of D365 specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.

•Innovate and develop complex workflows, business rules, and security models that enhance operational processes and drive user engagement within the platform.

•Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including automated testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring system robustness and high-quality deliverables.

•Manage the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. #KGS
