Role : Senior Developer Generative AI (Cloud Specialist)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Python, RAG pipelines, cloud platforms, and backend development, with the ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI solutions, including solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector databases, and optimize prompts for production use.
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend components to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Design, evaluate, and fine-tune system and user prompts to improve model accuracy, latency, and guardrails.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the performance of AI solutions.
- Implement model versioning, testing, monitoring, and MLOps best practices to ensure production reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable,



and production-ready AI applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 58 years of software development experience with 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing software solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Strong expertise in :
- Generative AI
- Python
- LangChain / ADK
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG Pipelines
- Vector Databases
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience developing REST APIs, Microservices, and Backend Systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and coding standards.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor or Windsurf is an added advantage.
- Relevant AI/ML or Cloud certifications are preferred.
