Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements in accordance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Statements of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.
Ensure accurate maintenance and reconciliation of books of accounts.
Prepare and file ROC forms, including annual and event-based filings, through the MCA portal.
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliation of GST records.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and individuals.




Complete Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) filings and ensure compliance with MCA regulations.
Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence assignments.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of statutory compliances.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable provisions under the Companies Act, GST laws, and Income Tax Act.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all statutory filing deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CA Inter, CMA Inter, or candidates pursuing skilled qualifications will be preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, or ROC compliance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Schedule III Financial Statements under the Companies Act, 2013.
