Role Description The Articled Assistant will support audit, assurance, and tax assignments under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, performing testing of controls and substantive procedures, preparing working papers, and documenting findings in accordance with firm and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting tax computations, compliance filings,



and basic research on tax and regulatory matters. The Articled Assistant will also help in preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for client meetings, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and meet engagement timelines. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India, with opportunities to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain practical exposure across multiple service lines.
Qualifications
Strong accounting and auditing knowledge, including understanding of basic accounting standards and audit procedures.
Good grasp of taxation fundamentals and interest in learning direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using accounting and audit software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear working papers and reports.
