Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW / SUMMARY:
The Analyst Windows Administrator & Engineer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and implementation of enterprise Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure across physical and virtual environments. This role provides day-to-day operational support while participating in infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
The Analyst ensures the availability, security,



and performance of Windows Server platforms and core Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Collaborating closely with senior engineers, cybersecurity, networking, application teams, and service management, this role supports enterprise infrastructure following ITIL service management and change control processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Windows Server Administration
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022) across physical and virtual platforms.
Perform installation, configuration, provisioning, and decommissioning of Windows servers.
Monitor system health, availability, capacity, and performance.
Troubleshoot server hardware, operating system, and infrastructure-related issues.
Perform routine server maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
