Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for Sales Executives (3 Positions) and a Caller Executive (1 Position) based at Jubilee Walk, Mohali.
The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, converting prospects into registrations, and building strong relationships with clients interested in Lansky Productions' events and services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, following up with potential participants, explaining event details and registration processes,



maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The role also involves managing leads through CRM tools, preparing daily sales reports, participating in promotional activities, and representing Lansky Productions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
1–5 years of proven experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management. (Freshers are not eligible.)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful registrations or sales.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or event packages.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
