About the Role
We are hiring a General Manager – Operations & P&L; to take end-to-end responsibility for our existing manufacturing business.
This is not a conventional Plant Head or Production Head position.
The successful candidate will operate as the business owner for day-to-day operations, with responsibility for plant performance, P&L;, EBITDA, sales execution, manufacturing cost, manpower productivity, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.
All major operational functions and HODs will report into this position.
The objective is straightforward:
Grow Revenue. Improve Productivity. Reduce Cost. Improve EBITDA.
