Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele-caller role based in Delhi, India. The Tele-caller will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share product information, understand requirements, and generate leads for the sales team. The role involves answering inbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining a courteous, professional tone during all customer interactions.



The Tele-caller will update and manage call logs and customer details in company systems, follow up on leads, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to support order closures. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly call targets while adhering to company communication standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and a professional telephone manner.
