Role Purpose:
We are hiring a Technical Architect with deep telecommunications domain expertise to own our Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries engagements.
You will be the senior technical authority translating telco business processes (order-to-activate, product catalog, provisioning, fulfilment) into robust, standards-aligned Salesforce architecture, and setting the technical bar for offshore delivery teams. This is a hands-on architecture role, not a pure governance seat: you will design, prove patterns in code where needed, review, and mentor.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end solution architecture for Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries implementations, from discovery through delivery.
Design and govern the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications Order Management (COM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Architect OmniStudio solutions (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures) as the deterministic orchestration and data layer.
