Responsibilities
Analyse, design and implement technological solutions for Salesforce FSC features & Tableau BI dashboards in alignment with business requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in both technologies related to Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems
Evaluate and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows,
proposing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Conduct regular training session for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM tools and systems
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting Salesforce CRM and provide strategic insights to management
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements on both sides
Perform system testing, troubleshooting and provide post-implementation support for Salesforce CRM solutions
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for Salesforce CRM systems
Requirements
