As we continue to scale across India and expand into international markets, mostly GCC, we are looking for an experienced leader who can drive the company's next phase of growth.
About the Role




This is not a conventional leadership role.
We are looking for a highly accomplished PR industry leader to partner with our Founder in building the next chapter of Equations PR & Media. This individual will take ownership of business growth, client acquisition, operational excellence, and team development while enabling the Founder to focus on strategic expansion, brand building, opening up new markets, and long-term growth initiatives and growing her podcast channel ‘Breakthrough Moments’.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-value client relationships, leading large teams, driving agency revenue, and scaling operations within a PR and marketing agency setting.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a growing agency and, for the right individual, evolve into a long-term strategic leadership position to lead the company’s operations.
