As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Head who can lead business execution, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performing organization.

About the Role

The Business Head will work closely with the Founder & Director to translate the company’s vision into measurable business results. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can oversee sales, marketing, operations, finance, and business strategy while building a scalable organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

* Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy.
* Drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.




* Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
* Build scalable systems and processes for long-term growth.

Sales & Commercial

* Lead sales strategy across D2C, B2B, healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and retail channels.
* Set revenue targets and monitor business performance.
* Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.

Marketing & Brand

* Work closely with the Brand Manager and Performance Marketing team.
* Oversee product launches, campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
* Ensure consistent premium brand positioning across all channels.

Operations

* Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, customer service, and operational efficiency.
* Improve business processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Financial Management

* Own the business P&L.;
* Manage budgets, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation.
