What you'll do:
• Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience and drive sales.
• Help customers choose the right outdoor apparel and gear.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store displays.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and day-to-day store operations.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure a outstanding shopping experience.

What we're looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in apparel or sports retail will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
