Position: Marketing Executive (Admin, Retail)

Please Note: We are hiring candidates with 1.5–3 years of relevant experience who can join at the earliest.

This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office, 1 Day Work from Home)

Work Location: Mumbai – Powai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Greece Business Hours (Tentatively 12:00 PM IST – 8:30 PM IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Admin, Retail to support the International Marketing team in ensuring seamless marketing operations and effective project execution. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing administrative processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities – Retail Marketing Operations

Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external stakeholders,



and multiple agencies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) creation, invoice processing, and payment tracking for all marketing spends while ensuring audit compliance.
Track provisions and ensure timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.
Create, maintain, and manage item codes and master data within the ERP system.
Monitor packaging development projects (GClips) from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing operations, including samples, feasibility requests, media assets, and documentation.
Manage end-to-end project administration, including internal code creation, vendor extensions, documentation, and filing.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing marketing initiatives.
Support market, consumer, and competitor analysis using Nielsen, Global Data, and other
