Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market, operate, manage, and schedule the posts, videos, stories, and associated
multimedia digital products (websites, social media/digital profiles) of White Elephant
Tech and clients online and offline to potential customers.
2. Achieve specific goals in scheduling, broadcasting, sharing, and posting across
platforms to attract users and maintain quality control.
3. Monitor and manage social media account performance, analyze shortcomings, and
improve overall communication and outreach.
4. Complete management and daily operation tasks, including filling out sheets and
reports.
5. Track productivity hours, design and content updates, and check digital profiles for
messages and notifications.
6. Manage online reputation, respond to feedback, and ensure a timely reply on social
media profiles.
7. Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and social media managers to create




and approve creative briefs.
8. Monitor team output, contributions, and performance, and ensure fair compensation and
rewards.
9. Focus on total quality management and create an ecosystem for team members to
improve company KPIs.
10. Develop actionable plans to enhance KPI scalability and optimize team efficiency.
11. Handle disciplinary actions, coordinate with management, and stay updated on industry
innovations.
12. Build digital marketing assets, research trending hashtags, and share relevant articles in
targeted groups.
13. Write and share social media captions with hashtags, contact details, and media links.
14. Ensure regular follow-ups among team members, management, and clients, and track
commitments and operations.
15. Manage team compliance, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts transparently.
