•New Product Development:
Demo trials at R&D; & Pilot Plant, Basic data Generation, Material Balance., Technology transfer from R&D; to Pilot Plant. - Technology transfer from Pilot Plant to Commercial Plant
•Preparation for System for new production at Pilot Plant & Commercial Plant:
Commissioning of plant system for new Product & actual trial runs.
Trouble shooting for new product. Data generation & recording for recent product.
Product Costing, Estimate New product production scheme.
• To engage in tech transfer activities and create technical content as a part of the technology transfer activities – PID’s, equipment mapping, Risk assessment reports, Batch production record, Process Flow diagrams etc.
• Perform engineering calculations to enable equipment sizing, equipment design and suitability evaluation
• Work and collaborate with Chemistry teams in the labs and the pilot plant and design and execution of experiments to ensure robust trouble-free processes are developed.
• Monitor products and processes on the shopfloor after they go live and identify trouble spots in new products and troubleshoot them effectively.
• Interact with various functions to ensure that tech transfer activities are performed smoothly, on time and with no errors.
• Take up initiatives to improve productivity and technical accuracy.
• Experience in Process Design, Scale up and commissioning of commercial plant.
•Analysis of different parameters for process improvements, Cost reduction based on plant performance
•Filling the gap between the target and the actual performance.
•Technical Services : Work as a link between the Planning group & Implementation group for better & effective Output.
Existing product trouble shooting & trials to achieve the desire Yield, Raw material. Consumption, Quality.
