We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can build our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads while maintaining target cost per lead and ROI.
Oversee social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators to produce engaging content.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
Monitor website performance and work on SEO improvements.
Manage email marketing, remarketing, and automation campaigns.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics,



Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
Analyze marketing data and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
Experience managing social media for premium or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
