What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in K-12 Education, EdTech, Skilling, or Online Learning (preferred)
✅ Hands-on expertise in lead generation and product-led growth
✅ Solid understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, LTV, Funnel Optimization, Attribution, Retargeting, and Marketing Analytics
✅ Experience in scaling self-paced, recorded, and digital learning products
✅ Ability to not just generate leads but drive actual enrollments and revenue
✅ Strong command over campaign optimization, audience segmentation, landing pages, and conversion tracking
✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of business outcomes
