Implement and configure Blue Yonder S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) solutions
Hands on work experience in S&OP; scenarios, exceptions ,Rough Cut Capacity Planning,
Installation and configurations of BY platform, scpo and S&OP; SEMS
Collaborate with business teams to gather planning and forecasting requirements
Design and manage demand, supply, and financial planning workflows
Support monthly S&OP; cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive review
Develop and maintain planning models, KPIs, and dashboards
Analyze demand and supply variations and recommend optimization strategies
Integrate S&OP; with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Troubleshoot system and planning issues
Participate in testing, system upgrades, and enhancements
Provide user training and documentation
