Company Description REFRACTORY ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED offers refractory installation and maintenance services for Iron & Steel Industry. We mainly work for integrated Steel Plants with minimum manufacturing capacity of 1 Million Tons per Annum. Our main services include refractory application in Steel Ladle, Hot Metal Ladle, Torpedo Ladle, CONARC Furnace lining/Gunning/Fetling, BOF lining/gunning, Slide gate application, Plug application etc. Our existing clients are JSW Steel Dolvi, JSW Vijaynagar, AMNS Hazia, Jindal Ferrous Limited, TATA-NINL Jajpur.

Role Description
We are looking are Site-incharge for our Dolvi site where the candidate will be responsible to look after Iron-making zone (which includes Torpedo Relining area, BF-1&2, Pellet Plant, Sinter plant, Sponge Iron Plant, LCP etc).

Responsibilities:
Preparing shift schedule depending upon manpower availability




Keeping track of material consumption and maintaining daily job report for certification
Job planning based on customer intimation
Ensuring all the targets are being met
Assessing performance of manpower
Encouraging manpower for skill development
Ensuring proper housekeeping after completion of job
Keeping track of consumable items and initiating store keeper well in advance for replacements
Ensuring secure working practices
The candidate should have manpower sources in order to fill manpower in case of manpower shortages

Qualifications:
B-tech/Diploma/BA in any field
Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of refractory application in Steel Industry
