We are looking for a Senior SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth through a product-first approach. Unlike traditional SEO roles, this position sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Growth, where you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to build SEO directly into the product experience.
You will own the end-to-end organic growth strategy across multiple markets, combining technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and AI-driven search optimization to increase qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue. This role is designed for someone who wants to evolve beyond SEO into a broader Performance Marketing and Growth Leadership position over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth Strategy




Own and execute the end-to-end organic acquisition strategy across multiple markets.
Develop scalable SEO initiatives that drive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Map customer search intent into high-converting landing pages, category pages, and content experiences.
Build scalable internal linking strategies and information architecture to maximize search visibility.
Technical SEO & Product Collaboration
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate SEO best practices into product development.
Write transparent, developer-friendly technical specifications, user stories, and implementation requirements.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including:
Indexation
Crawl optimization
Canonicalization
XML sitemaps
Hreflang implementation
Core Web Vitals optimization
Validate technical implementations across staging and production environments.
AI Search Optimization
Develop strategies for emerging AI-p
