Role Description This is a full time,



on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in target industries, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base for corrugated, wooden, and fabricated packaging solutions. The manager will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with clients, prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue and margin targets. They will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and design teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports and forecasts, participating in trade events or client visits, and contributing to strategic planning for market growth.
