About the Role
Cosmere Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development
Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for
individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to thrive in
a fast-paced environment.
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and
supporting the sales process for our tech-based solutions and services—primarily focused on
the US market.
Key Responsibilities
∙Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online
research.
∙Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and client needs.
∙Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on prospects and sales
activities.
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.




∙Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
∙Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∙Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products
and industry trends.
Requirements
Experience: 1 year – 3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation
(preferably in IT/Tech or international market).
Education: B.Tech or Engineering background preferred (not mandatory).

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Working Hours
5:00AM to 2:30PM AND 6:30PM to 3:30AM
Monday to Friday
