We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and fashion-forward Fashion Stylist to represent our couture house/luxury label. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing personalised styling consultations, building long-term client relationships, driving store sales, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. This role combines styling expertise with client relationship management (CRM) to cultivate brand loyalty and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain a comprehensive client database, including purchase history, preferences, measurements, and special occasions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding recent collections, bespoke appointments, and exclusive events.
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while ensuring exceptional after-sales service.
Develop a loyal clientele through personalised styling recommendations and outstanding customer engagement.
Fashion Consulting & Styling




Provide one-on-one fashion consultations tailored to each client's style, body type, lifestyle, and occasion.
Guide clients through couture collections, customisations, fittings, and bespoke services.
Stay updated on current fashion trends, luxury craftsmanship, fabrics, and seasonal collections.
Coordinate with designers, production teams, or tailors to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
Store Sales & Business Development
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maximising average transaction value.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through personalised recommendations.
Assist in executing store promotions, trunk shows, launches, and VIP shopping experiences.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the merchandising team to fulfil client requests.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights on customer preferences and buying behaviour
