The role

Early-stage B2B founders (Stitchflow's customers) have to do marketing before they can afford anyone positive at it. Their options are bad: hire a senior marketer they can't yet justify, or hand it to an agency that's expensive, formulaic, slow, and never learns enough about the business to have a real opinion.

Mokita by Stitchflow is their best option; an AI-native marketing team delivering world-class outcomes for B2B founders. In this role, you will build systems and generate assets for various B2B marketing channels for our customers.

What you'll do

You'll rotate across our marketing workstreams — outbound and ABM, thought leadership, website and SEO, content, marketing ops — owning execution in each before you go deep in one. Day to day, that means:

Research. Dig into a customer's market, competitors, and buyers. Study what the best B2B companies are doing in a channel and bring back what we should copy and what we should avoid.

Build and run the work. Depending on the workstream: build target account lists, write outbound sequences,



draft blog posts and LinkedIn content, ship landing pages, set up tracking and dashboards.

Develop AI workflows. Take something that costs you three hours, turn it into a system that costs twenty minutes, and document it so the rest of the team can run it too. This is a core part of the job, not a side project.

Report to customers. Prepare the plan up front, then the progress and results: what shipped, what it produced, what we'd change next.

Collaborate. Work alongside your workstream owner, design, WebOps, and the other GTM engineers — and sit in on customer calls early.

Strategy and final review sit with your workstream owner. The execution, and the thinking behind it, is yours.
