The Opportunity

As the Nutanix Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be the primary marketing engine driving growth, pipeline acceleration, and market penetration across India’s most strategic Enterprise accounts, with a focus on key verticals. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Marketing, India, you will sit at the intersection of demand generation, account-based experiences (ABX), and sales engagement.

In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of designing and executing full-funnel, targeted campaigns that showcase Nutanix as the platform of choice for hybrid multicloud, cloud-native apps, and Enterprise AI.

About The Team

You will be part of the vibrant India Field Marketing organization, working in lockstep with your local sales leadership, the APJ team and Global Demand Center. We operate in a fast-paced, data-informed setting where bold ideas, experimentation, and collaborative execution are central to how we build impactful marketing campaigns.

Your Role (What You’ll Do)

Architect & Execute Enterprise ABX:



Build and lead end-to-end Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies for 1:1 and 1:Few target accounts in key verticals, driving engagement across the buyers journey.
Pipeline Generation & Velocity: Own the enterprise marketing target. Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leader and Account Executives to build quarterly pipeline development and acceleration plans.
Curate High-Touch CXO Experiences: Design and host exclusive executive roundtables, bespoke peer networking sessions, user groups, and flagship regional events that position Nutanix leadership alongside C-level IT decision-makers.
Localize & Contextualize Narratives: Translate global campaigns into relevant, vertical-specific narratives addressing local market challenges, such as data residency, financial regulatory compliance, cloud-native modernization, and enterprise AI adoption.
Drive Ecosystem Co-Marketing: Partner with Nutanix ecosystem partners to co-develop join
