Role Description The Supervisor role at TheCollectiveInfra is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on project sites. This role includes coordinating construction and interior fit-out activities, monitoring work progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Supervisor will manage site teams and contractors, allocate resources effectively, and resolve operational issues to keep projects on track. They will maintain regular documentation and reporting, communicate project status to management, and support alignment between design, construction, and furnishing teams. The role also involves supporting process improvements on-site and fostering a collaborative, respectful work environment.
