Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities
• Source and develop reliable domestic & international vendors
• Handle quotations, price negotiations, commercial terms and Purchase Orders
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and other required items
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing and delivery
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Logistics and Management
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability




• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement costs
• Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing and delivery
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs and invoices
• Prepare regular purchase reports and provide procurement updates to management
• Lead and guide the purchase team for smooth procurement operations
