Role Description The Sous Chef at Riga Foods LLP will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for restaurant service and catering events.



Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food production, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves contributing to menu planning, assisting with the execution of specialized international cuisines, and helping design memorable culinary experiences aligned with DIVA’s signature style. The Sous Chef will collaborate closely with front-of-house and catering teams to meet event requirements and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi.
