Job Purpose
The Brand Associate is responsible for ensuring timely deliverable of marketing assets, campaigns and reports that will help shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and financial performance. This position is key in fostering a strong brand identity and ensuring cohesive messaging across all marketing platforms.
Work Mode:
Mon - Fri : Work from Office (WFO) - 12:30PM to 9:30PM IST
Key Skills
4 - 6 Years of Proven experience in marketing, brand management or related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear,



engaging brand communications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with solid project coordination and time management skills.
Understanding of basic marketing and branding principles.
Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing, and email marketing tools is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) to enhance productivity and content creation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports and dashboards, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to support brand growth and campaign optimization.
