Job Purpose
The Corporate Relations Manager is a high-impact, target-driven individual contributor responsible for building and sustaining a portfolio of corporate relationships that generate consistent hiring and engagement outcomes and long-term institutional partnerships for NxtWave.
This is a hunter role and the CRM is the first and primary point of contact for every company that enters the NxtWave ecosystem. The CRM independently generates pipeline, qualifies companies, identifies the right way to engage each company, drives the engagement funnel end to end, and converts first-time engagements into long-term retained partnerships. The mandate is twofold: deliver outcomes today and ensure that no company that comes into the CRM's radar ever goes cold.
The CRM owns the company relationship and the outcome. Internal teams support lead sourcing, candidate/talent profiling, and interview coordination so the CRM can focus on companies, relationships, and closure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Acquisition & Direct Outreach
Identify and qualify target companies across startups,



high-growth firms, GCCs, product companies, SMBs, enterprises, and international firms with any talent or hiring need.
Build an outbound pipeline independently using job portals, LinkedIn, startup databases, company career pages, funding announcements, and hiring signals; lead-generation support is supplementary.
Run disciplined, high-volume outreach across call, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, targeting the right decision-makers — Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Tech Leads, CHROs, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leads.
Use a consultative discovery approach: ask deep questions about team structure, roadmap, hiring timelines, skill gaps, and growth challenges before pitching.
Identify latent needs and position NxtWave's solutions against specific business problems rather than waiting for posted openings.
