About the Role
As a Founding Growth Associate, you'll work directly with the founders to drive Sentio's growth from the ground up. You'll help build partnerships, acquire users, generate leads, execute outreach campaigns, represent the company at events, and contribute to our overall business development strategy.




This is a high-ownership role where you'll gain hands-on experience across sales, partnerships, marketing, operations, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, NGOs, senior living communities, home healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for organizations and families.
Identify and convert potential customers and institutional partners.
Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth user experience.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Represent Sentio at healthcare events, exhibitions, and community programs.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve the product.
Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
