Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced process design engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, commissioning, operation, or optimisation of effluent treatment plants (ETP) and water treatment plants (WTP). The ideal candidate should possess robust process engineering knowledge and be capable of developing treatment schemes, troubleshooting plant operations, and supporting project execution from concept through commissioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design
Design and develop ETP, WTP,



and wastewater recycling systems based on customer requirements.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), and process design calculations.
Perform equipment sizing for tanks, pumps, clarifiers, filters, dosing systems, and other treatment equipment.
Select appropriate treatment technologies based on wastewater characteristics.
Technical Support
Evaluate customer wastewater analysis reports and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
Conduct process calculations, mass balance, and water balance studies.
Support the sales team by preparing technical proposals and process descriptions.
Participate in customer technical discussions and presentations.
Project Execution
Provide process support during engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and performance trials.
