Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, costing, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. The role requires robust business partnering skills, commercial acumen, and expertise in driving financial controls and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Lead the finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Develop and monitor financial policies, internal controls, and SOPs.
Costing & Manufacturing Finance
Manage product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Monitor inventory valuation, WIP, BOM costing, and production cost analysis.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve manufacturing profitability.
Analyze production efficiency and support operational decision-making.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Perform financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.
Liaise with auditors, banke
