About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep organizational change management expertise to join our dynamic team at Kanerika Inc. This pivotal role involves partnering with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will serve as the change lead on various engagements, assessing change impacts,



shaping strategic change initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across people, processes, and platforms. This is a client-facing, consultative position that sits at the intersection of business analysis and change management, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal influence. The individual will work closely with program leadership, embedded within project teams, to shape and execute change strategies from inception through to sustainment, ensuring organizational readiness and long-term benefits realization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs.
