Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a fast-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability.
* Lead Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, CRM, and HR functions.
* Identify new business opportunities, land acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
* Ensure timely project execution with regulatory compliance.
* Strengthen governance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
* Build a high-performance leadership culture and deliver sustainable business growth.

Eligibility:

* 15–20+ years of leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior management.




* Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in residential and mixed-use developments.
* Strong understanding of Odisha's real estate market, statutory approvals, and business ecosystem.
* Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving sales, and leading large teams.
* MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
