Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager - HRBP will partner with business and operations leaders to drive people strategies, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, retention initiatives, and workforce effectiveness across assigned BPO business units.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with Operations Managers, Senior Managers, and Delivery Leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide HR guidance to business leaders on people-related matters.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct investigations related to employee concerns, misconduct, and policy violations.
Ensure a positive employee experience and maintain a healthy work workplace.
Attrition & Retention Management
Analyze attrition trends and identify root causes.
Drive retention initiatives to improve employee engagement and reduce voluntary turnover.
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and action planning sessions.
Performance Management
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
Work closely with Operations Managers to manage low-performance cases and PIPs.
Track productivity and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement
Conceptualize and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct floor walks, skip-level meetings, focus group discussions, and pulse surveys.
Foster a high-performance and employee-centric culture.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and present HR dashboards covering attrition, absenteeism, engagement, and hiring metrics.
